Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

This is a great place but you need to come early because it is very popular so things run out fast, there is no wait time, just ring the bell on the counter when you are ready and they come right out, everything is fresh and delicious, some people talk bad about this place but that's because they come late in the day and by that time there isn't much of a selection, but I understand why, I wouldn't want to throw away a bunch of bread away at the end of the day, you guys are doing a great job, keep up the great work πβ€οΈ

Sweet little bakery for authentic Mexican items, from tortillas till spicy nuts , donuts to flan cakes. Amazingly priced, we picked a pack of fresh tortillas for $.89 cents. Amazing. Tasty

Great for bread! The sweet smell of pan dulce as soon as you walk in. All the bread is so fresh and soft. There is limited items but what they have never disappoints. Also recommend the Champurrado (Mexican hot chocolate) - itβs sweet but delicious.
